When you enrol in a course, we grant you a limited, non-transferable licence to access that course's content for the applicable validity period. Course access is for your personal, non-commercial learning unless otherwise stated.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Share, resell, or redistribute course content without permission.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the platform.
- Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others.
4. Intellectual property
Course materials and platform content are owned by Slearner or its instructors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Your licence to use them ends when your access period expires or your account is closed.
5. Certificates
Certificates are issued upon meeting a course's completion criteria. Each certificate carries a verification identifier that can be confirmed by third parties. We may revoke certificates issued in error or obtained fraudulently.
6. Payments and refunds
Paid enrolments are subject to our Refund Policy. Prices may vary by region and are shown at checkout.
7. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the platform unlawfully.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slearner is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will notify you. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
